Overview

The Scorch Torch 61831 is a 90-degree nozzle torch lighter from the Scorch Torch line. The barrel exits the body at a right angle, so the flame points straight out to the side while the body stays vertical — a geometry that keeps the hand off the heat path and the burn visible while working.

Ignition runs through a push-button trigger seated at the top rear of the body, falling naturally under the thumb in an upright grip. The base is flat, letting each torch stand on its own between lights rather than lying on its side — hand-torch action with table-torch manners.
