RESELLER COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION: By purchasing, retailer certifies it holds all required federal, state, and local licenses; will sell only to age-verified adults 21+; will comply with all applicable laws including FDA, FSPTCA, PACT Act, Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act, state excise-tax, and PMTA marketing-authorization requirements; will maintain accurate records; and will not transship into prohibited jurisdictions.
